Setting New Years Resolutions
The holidays are certainly a special time to reflect and grow, but don’t dwell too much on the bad stuff. What were your BEST days like in 2018? Get a notebook out and write down your “perfect” day. What did you do? Who were you with? What did you achieve?
Use that same list of wins to create your schedule for 2019.
I want you to make an iCal or a planner and set things in there that will make your year better. You’re already the best version of you, but how could you make yourself happier? Girls’ nights? Gym dates? Trips? Savings? Put them in the calendar and set special alarms throughout your day and week to remind you to always live your best life!
Set goals, but really set intentions and progress steps.
If your goal is to get in shape, make it specific, timely, and measurable. In January, set a goal to go to the gym 3 times a week. Carve out the time you’re able to go. Weigh yourself on Jan 1 and again on Jan 31. Make a regimen of what you’ll do each day in the gym at the start of the month - how heavy you’ll lift, how you’ll document, and the workouts you’ll do.
If your goals are specifically financial, follow this same algorithm.
Specifically business? It works for that, too! Follow your planner and make it a habit to plan your day so that boredom isn’t an option - your only option is progress!
